Job Description
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for performing various customer service and patient care tasks to ensure a positive patient experience, including greating and assisting patients, performing patient registration, and answering phone calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- CPR Certification required for Mobile Radiology and Oncology
- Valid state driver's license required
- Strong customer service skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
