Senior Systems Engineer

Akuna Capital is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to build a best-in-class trading infrastructure, with a focus on low latency platforms, automated deployments, and optimization of global trading environment.

Requirements

• Analyzing complex technical problems and designing solutions for Akuna's global Infrastructure platform
• Driving projects and solutions to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Designing, developing and maintaining orchestration and configuration solutions
• Collaborating with developers and other infrastructure engineers to research new products and techniques
• Architecting and maintaining multi-vendor, tier-based storage solutions
• Building out a test automation framework for systems performance testing and tuning
• Creating and instituting process enforcement across environments
• Creating tools that assist teams to optimize the available infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
• Leading knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring team members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, security, and reliability
