Job Description
Akuo is a French renewable energy producer looking for an OT Project Manager to join their IT/OT & Digital Department in Paris. The role involves managing complex international projects, driving OT integration, and ensuring performance and reliability of assets in operation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT and/or OT projects within complex, industrial or critical environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of OT ecosystems, including SCADA, industrial networks (LAN), hypervision systems, cybersecurity and Industry 4.0 architectures.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background) providing solid foundations in complex system design and delivery.
- Proven mastery of project fundamentals: cost, quality and timelines, with a strong sense of planning, milestone tracking and executive-level reporting.
- Ability to adapt and structure technical IT/OT contracts, working efficiently with internal templates and governance frameworks.
- A proactive, leadership-driven mindset, with the drive and credibility to engage, align and influence a wide range of stakeholders across disciplines and geographies.
