Job Description
This is a full time Assistant Store Manager position in our Hammersmith Dulux Decorator Centre. You will support the Store Manager in increasing sales and market share by building effective partnerships with customers and developing the store sales team to meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Willing and able to travel to and work in other Dulux Decorating Centres across Central London as required
- Proven experience in supervising a store (or similar retail/trade environment) and reviewing people and business performance
- Commercially astute with a track record of driving sales and improving performance
