Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to manage the Pilot Plant and the Scale-Up process for new products, resolve production issues, and improve metrics. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in CI, Process Engineering, or Chemical roles, and experience with coating operations and ISO 9001.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering: Mechanical, Chemical or Process required
- 3-5 years experience in CI, Process Engineering or Chemsit roles
- 2-3 years experience in the Coatings industry preferable
- Able to work with solvents, machinery and computer systems
- ISO 9001 experience
- Experience with coating operations, and/or continuous manufacturing operation
- Six Sigma and Lean experience
