Process Engineer

Process Engineer provides technical definition of production processes to meet performance metrics, resolve production issues, and build stable and capable processes. They lead and drive corrective and improvement actions with data-driven root cause analysis, well-defined action plans, effective communication, and timely implementation.

Requirements

• Define process parameters, tooling and specifications to meet production performance metrics (Customer complaint costs, NCI costs, RTY, OEE)
• Issue and revise machine specifications that define process parameters; issue order changes for temporary changes to production orders
• Resolve production issues to enable production to meet demand, RTY and OEE goals
