Production Operator

AkzoNobel is seeking a Production Operator to manufacture, process, and produce output while ensuring compliance with company policies and factory rules. The successful candidate will operate machinery, record data, and maintain a high level of housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Full compliance with AkzoNobel company policies and business principles and compliance with factory rules and regulations, zero accident.
• Operate machinery and production equipment to manufacture, process or produce the required output and record the data properly.
• Understand process requirements and operate in accordance with them, monitor product quality during production and continuously improve.
• Responsible for 5S work and equipment spot check in work area.
• Act as team worker with team spirits and help each other's on the daily work.
• Be responsible for the 5S of working area, To ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest level.
• Response to daily check the tools and equipment, To ensure that tools and equipment are in good condition and available.
• Report the abnormalities found in the work in time.
