Job Description
AkzoNobel is seeking an R&D Team Lead to support Supply Chain and Manufacturing Units in areas such as new product implementation, production transfers, and process optimization. The successful candidate will lead and deliver R&D projects, provide technical coaching, and analyze results to recommend actions.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant R&D or technical experience, including experience leading people or projects.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP/PV knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in Coatings R&D and/or strong knowledge of paint formulation, manufacturing, and industrialization processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Polish (written and spoken).
