Job Description
We are looking for a R&D Team Leader III - Metal Coatings / Packaging to manage lab activity, interact with manufacturing, and oversee regulatory compliance monitoring. The successful candidate will have a degree in chemistry, 5 years of practical experience, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- A degree within chemistry, preferably PhD or Master of Science
- 5 years of practical experience of product development or minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience
- Good skills in English, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet customer or project deadlines
- Familiarity with necessary laboratory equipment
- Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements
