• Coordinate department activities to improve efficiency
• Instruct body shop staff to carry out quality jobs
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Achieve targets while maintaining team morale and motivation
• Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with insurance companies
• Manage equipment and inventories
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping practices
• Maintain safety practices
• Maintain effective customer care
• Support Service Manager's day-to-day work
