The Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving the end-to-end training strategy and delivery for IT projects and PODs, engaging in overall strategies and initiatives of the Operational Excellence team.
Requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of end-user training activities for GTDP Projects
- Ensure project teams receive timely and relevant training aligned to the specific needs of each project
- Identify gaps and tailor training needs to specific project requirements to ensure timely delivery
- Support the execution of Rewards & Recognition programs by coordinating activities
- Work with volunteers to drive cultural engagement initiatives that positively impact employee experience
- Foster a collaborative working environment
- Drive Comms events, such as the GTDP Townhall, to foster strategic alignment and two-way dialogue between leadership and teams
- Plan, develop, and deliver internal marketing and communication materials to support GTDP initiatives
- Ensure consistency and high-quality messaging across all platforms
- Run targeted Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams
- Identify, implement, and monitor enhancements to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department
