Job Description
Al Jomaih Energy & Water (AEW) is seeking an HR, Admin & PRO professional to oversee human resources, administrative functions, and Public Relations activities for a greenfield CCGT project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a well-rounded professional with 5+ years of experience in HR, Administration, and PRO roles in the UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 + years of experience in HR, Administration, and PRO roles in UAE
- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Experience on projects within energy industry will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
