Job Description
Operate grader to grade surfaces and level earthworks, conduct pre and post-operation checks, and follow safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating graders in a construction setting
- Valid UAE driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
