Job Description
Operate and maintain paver equipment, including asphalt pavers, rollers, and other related machinery, and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient paving operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating paver equipment in a construction or airport setting
- Knowledge of paver equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Basic understanding of asphalt paving materials and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 pounds
