Job Description
Secretary (Legal) - Maternity Cover. Provide administrative support to lawyers and participate in the billing process. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of secretarial experience with a professional services company
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience with legal technology
- Superior written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
