Manufacturing Manager

At Alamar, we seek a collaborative, driven, intellectually curious Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 regulations, and drive process optimization to improve yield and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in regulated manufacturing
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemical engineering, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485
• Demonstrated experience across formulation, filling/packaging/labeling, antibody conjugation, automated liquid handling platforms, and lyophilization
