Senior Scientist I, Technology Development

Requirements

• PhD with 5+ years of experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in single-plex and multiplex immunoassay development
• Hands-on experience with reagent optimization for immunoassays and qPCR/NGS
• Experience with qPCR /NGS assay optimization
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and balance laboratory and cross-functional needs
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Consistent, positive, and can-do attitude
