Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Hospice

They are seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide personal care, administer medication, and offer companionship to patients and their families. Requirements

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Administer medication and monitor vital signs
• Provide light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Complete a state-approved training program
• Obtain current CA Home Health Aide certification
• Prior experience working with hospice patients preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
