Investment Banking VP, M&A (Frankfurt, Germany)

Join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of a leading international mid-market investment bank, playing a key role in the execution and origination of transactions across the sector.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of relevant professional experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or related advisory roles
• Demonstrated sector affinity, developed through academic background and/or transaction experience
• Proven track record of leading and executing multiple M&A transactions from inception to closing
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Effective team player with the confidence to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
