Job Description
Alantra is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst to support its M&A and capital raising advisory business in New York City. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience and be able to immediately impact the team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or other similar experience.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required; business, economics, health-related and finance/accounting majors preferred.
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment.
