Job Description
Alarm.com's DevOps team is looking for a software engineering-focused summer intern to help design and develop platform tooling and automation that supports the provisioning and management of infrastructure stacks across VMware, AWS, and Azure.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or a similar engineering program
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in one or more programming languages like C#, Java, Go, Python, and PowerShell
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms like VMware, AWS, and Azure
- Some exposure to configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, and Ansible
- Experience with Windows or Linux environments, including RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, and Windows Server
