The International Project Management Team is a rapidly growing service offering at Alarm.com. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring complex service and product launches meet customer expectations and align with regional market needs and requirements. They coordinate in-region project strategy and execution and lead efforts to resolve complex service, product, and platform release planning challenges that impact business and field operations.
Requirements
- Develop deep technical knowledge of Alarm.com architecture and solutions
- Design, develop, and manage detailed project plans
- Lead key stakeholders in defining project scope and gathering accurate, complete business and technical requirements
- Create and manage cost estimates, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute on technical requirements
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks
- Ensure projects are thoroughly documented
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Interface with senior leadership and customers as needed
- Provide clear, concise project status updates and reporting
