Job Description
Alaro City is a secure, predictable and proven environment for individuals and businesses. The Financial Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, prepare financial statements, and lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA (required)
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, IFRS, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics
