Job Description
As a Canoe Guide for Alaska Mountain Guides, you will lead guests on canoeing trips in Haines, Alaska, providing interpretive information and ensuring their safety. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train and work on kayaking trips. Requirements include CPR and First Aid certifications, good leadership skills, and completion of AMG Canoe Program training.
Requirements
- Be at least 19 years old
- Proof of medical certification - minimum of basic first aid and CPR
- Good leadership skills, ability to communicate and facilitate groups up to 40 people
- Completion of AMG Canoe Program training
