Job Description
The Guest Service Representative (Non-CDL) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, facilitating daily operations, and driving transfers. This is a high-paced, high-energy position crucial to daily Skagway and Haines-based operations.
Requirements
- Prior office and/or tourism experience preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to be placed on company auto insurance
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Ability to think nimbly and problem solve quickly
- Willingness to help in other areas as needed
- Ability to obtain a Class B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements
