As an AI & Automation Specialist at AlayaCare, you will partner across the organization to identify high-impact workflows that can be transformed through AI-powered agents, copilots, and automation, ensuring safe, compliant, and transparent solutions.
Requirements
- Partner with departmental leaders to map workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business problems into clear outcomes supported by AI-powered workflows and agents
- Design and build AI solutions using approved low-code platforms and scripting
- Configure prompts, rules, and decision logic to ensure reliable behavior
- Run pilots, gather feedback, and recommend whether to scale, refine, or retire solutions
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to meet privacy and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Create guides and training materials to help teams use AI tools
