Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Australia, Canada, the US and beyond. The role involves driving the reliability of our live SaaS solutions across the region, designing, building and maintaining infrastructure and platform services, and contributing to code and configuration reviews to improve scalability, maintainability, and reuse.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps or a similar role
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform
- Practical experience running workloads on Docker & Kubernetes
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well autonomously
- Proficiency in at least one development or scripting language (such as Python, Go, Bash)
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure as a code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
- Some knowledge of APM, logging & metrics systems (New Relic, Prometheus or ELK)
- Some background knowledge of system & network security fundamentals
- Some experience participating in incident management
