Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at the Silver Peak site in Nevada. The Operations Manager will lead an organization of approximately 30 personnel and be responsible for safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated influential leadership skills
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience coaching and developing others
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and with individuals at all levels within an organization
