Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing estimates, overseeing change orders and billing, supervising subcontractor performance, and ensuring projects meet quality and performance specifications. This role contributes to business development and furthering the Company’s ability to compete in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry
- 10 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities
- Previous experience as the lead construction manager on projects in excess of $50 million
