Composites Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a Composites Manufacturing Technician to fabricate, assemble, and finish composite materials and components used in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with composite materials, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of experience in composite manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and basic shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
