Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate all equipment and component’s ability to stand on feet for long hours
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Focus on quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Safety management mindset
• Ability to operate Heli-coil install tools, arbor press, installation of pins, rivets, complex inserts, nut-plates, bonding of material to substrate, lockwire experience etc.
• Ability to document and interpret technical documentation
