Job Description
Our company provides cutting-edge solutions and support to warfighters, and we are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams on DoD programs such as the Next Generation Penetrator and advanced Proximity Fuze systems.
Requirements
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams supporting DoD programs
- Serve as the technical point of contact for government customers, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for engineering deliverables
- Oversee requirements decomposition, interface definition, and verification planning
- Lead cross-functional teams (Integrated Product Team-style)
- Determine and communicate clear priorities across a diverse team
- Manage hardware and software projects from CONOPS and joint development to certification and entry into service
- Interface effectively with Regulatory Authorities and manage supplier relationships
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers
- Provide guidance and support in all aspects of program execution
