Compliance Technologist

At Albert Bartlett, we are seeking a Compliance Technologist to join our dynamic team, where you will contribute to upholding our commitment to food safety and quality assurance by developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Lead internal audits (BRCGS, GMP, customer GAP)
• Support 3rd‐party audit preparation and follow‐up
• Maintain & improve food safety systems, SOPs, and documentation
• Manage technical systems (NAV, CIFF, BarTender, Ideagen)
• Support incident investigations, complaints trending & traceability checks
• Assist with NPD documentation and product setup
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
