Requirements
- Plus 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, ideally in beauty or personal care
- Proven track record with large European retailers
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
- Fluent in German & English (C2 bilingual /C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages a plus
