Trade Marketing Manager - Beauty

We’re looking for a commercially driven Trade Marketing Manager to join Albert Roger Group. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Buying within Beauty or Colour Cosmetics. The role involves driving category growth, retailer performance, and brand visibility across leading beauty brands within retail and ecommerce channels across Europe.

Requirements

• Trade Marketing, Category Management or Buying experience within Beauty or Colour Cosmetics
• Strong understanding of retail and ecommerce environments
• Experience managing launches, promotions, assortments, and retailer activations
• Ability to turn data and insights into actionable growth plans
