Job Description
The Alberta Geological Survey (AGS) is seeking a Senior Geomodeller to help shape the future of how Alberta's subsurface is understood, represented, and applied in support of responsible resource development, environmental stewardship, and long-term public interest.
Requirements
- Masters or Ph.D. in Geology, Engineering, or Geoscience-related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive related experience in geomodelling and/or related field of study
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of 3D modelling software packages and 3D modelling algorithms used to create geological models for different geological intervals in western Canada
