Internal Audit Investment Risk Assurance Senior Director opportunity at AIMCo to develop and lead the investment audit program and evaluate the effectiveness of AIMCo’s investment activities, risk management practices, and risk culture.

Requirements

• Manage the Internal Audit Investment Risk Assurance discipline
• Oversee and advance the Internal Audits Entity-Level Investment Risk Assurance Program & Framework
• Develop and execute a robust Audit Plan and continuous monitoring across AIMCo’s asset classes
• Define strategies and oversee the delivery of the Risk-Based audit plan and engagement practice
• Oversee multiple audit engagements concurrently from planning through reporting
• Manage complex and technical audits, assurance activities, and assessments of AIMCo’s investment activities
• Finalize audit findings and use sound professional judgment to provide overall guidance on the control environment
• Report results on the effectiveness of AIMCo’s investment risk controls to Senior Management and Board Committees
• Oversee Audit Automation, Innovation and Advanced Data Analytics
• Establish strong relationships with senior managers and related control groups
• Provide direction, coaching, and training as required
• Develop strategy and implement solutions for the evolution and development of holistic Internal Audit capabilities
