Judicial Assistant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Judicial Assistant Team Lead to provide comprehensive executive and legal support to up to five Justices of the Court of King’s Bench. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have experience working in a court environment.

Requirements

• Two-year diploma in a related field (e.g., Legal Assistant, Legal Administration, and Paralegal)
• At least three years progressively responsible related experience
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Highly organized and motivated
• Advanced proofreading skills
• Lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
