Job Description
The Park Information Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of park facilities and services, and responding to customer service issues. The role also involves working closely with other departments to ensure operational and visitor needs are met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience with point of sales machines, retail, cash handling and/or customer service (preferable)
- Intermediate (Standard) First Aid and CPR Level C + AED
- Valid Class 5 Driverās License (or equivalent) and a current 3-year Driverās Abstract (with no more than 6 demerits)
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) 2015 certificate
