Park Maintenance Crew Lead and Park Maintenance Worker

We are looking for highly motivated, well-organized, responsible Maintenance Workers for the 2026 summer season. You will be part of a team accountable for providing regular maintenance and operational duties that support the day-to-day operation of campgrounds, day use areas, facilities and trail systems.

Requirements

• Performing landscaping, building cleaning and site servicing of campgrounds, day use areas and facilities.
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on infrastructure, vehicles and equipment.
• Operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, ATVs, etc.
• Litter pickup and garbage removal on beaches, day use facilities, picnic areas
• Assisting with trail maintenance, beach and dock maintenance.
• Installing and maintaining signage.
• Reporting all maintenance concerns accordingly.
• Assisting with hazard tree management and invasive plant management programs.
• Being familiar with and practicing all pertinent Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies, procedures and protocols, in addition to the Facility Emergency Response Plan and protocols.
• Completing administrative tasks such as timesheets, expense claims, commencement and termination paperwork, and online courses.

• 5.6 percent of regular wage earnings instead of paid holidays
• 6 percent of regular wage earnings instead of annual vacation pay
• Shift premium pay: $3.25 per hour for weekends and holidays, $2.75 per hour for evenings
