Project Manager - Facilities Planning

The Project Manager - Facilities Planning will be responsible for managing key partners, stakeholders, and consultants in the development of business cases and other project planning initiatives for major strategic capital health facility initiatives and other government infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a depth of knowledge in strategic project planning, business case development, project management, and space planning, and will be able to apply sound judgment when assessing health and other government facility capital proposals.

Requirements

• University graduation in a field related to the position assignment (e.g. Engineering or Architecture or Construction)
• Four years of directly related experience in planning and managing complex capital projects
• Experience in strategic capital planning and/or experience with healthcare facilities
• Certification as a construction administrator or project manager and training in management skills and relevant software applications
