Senior Program Analyst

The Senior Program Analyst is responsible for identifying the branch business's needs, determining its scope, and engaging the appropriate stakeholders to support necessary changes. This includes leading or supporting strategic initiatives, assessing business needs, conducting research, updating and analyzing Programs, Policies and Processes, reviewing external policy impacts, evaluating performance measures, and preparing related documentation and recommendations.

Requirements

• University graduation (4 years) in a related field plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience
• Advance verbal and written communication, with the ability to navigate conflict and build consensus
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communication, including experience in drafting briefing notes, memos, professional writing, presentations and others
