Job Description
As a Behavior Specialist, you'll implement and monitor systems to support individuals with challenging behaviors, facilitating their quality of life and independence. You'll work with families, staff, and ISPs to develop and implement behavior support plans and data collection/tracking.
Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Current, approved criminal background check
- 12 hours of ongoing education in positive behavior support services every 2 years
- Computer literacy with experience using Windows applications
- Certified as or eligible to become a Qualified Mental Health Associate
