As the Program Manager, you will oversee daily operations of designated Employment Services Program for people with developmental disabilities, ensuring clients' employment goals are met and compliance with policies and regulations. You will lead a team, supervise staff, develop and implement individual support plans, and manage partnerships with external stakeholders.
