Psychiatric Technician I (Day Back)

As a Psychiatric Technician, you will provide direct care and support to children and adolescents experiencing an acute psychiatric episode, and facilitate skills groups, education groups, and structured recreational activities.

Requirements

• Conducts evaluations and assessments of clients.
• Ensures clients' personal safety and provides basic needs, including adequate food, clean clothing, and hygiene assistance.
• Teaches social skills and provides opportunities for socialization.
• Documents notes and carries out incident reporting.
• Performs safe-guarding interventions.
