Project Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee our construction projects and act as the link between various project parties. The Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Electrical, HVAC, instrumentation and/or controls panel systems
• Experience in a Construction environment
• Ability to lead and inspire
• Maintain an OSHA 30 certification
• First-Rate interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specification, control drawings and other documents
• Be proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel, to include Bluebeam
• Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs
• Professional client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal
• Datacenter operations experience preferred
