Project Superintendent

Role Overview

The Project Superintendent will lead a team of field staff in commercial construction projects, focusing on data center infrastructure. They will promote company values, ensure safety, and collaborate with project managers and other teams to meet client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills.

What You Will Do

The Project Superintendent will assist with planning, scheduling, and budgeting projects, provide ongoing leadership and supervision to field staff, and conduct quality site walks to ensure compliance with company and client standards. They will also develop and enhance data center technical training and SOPs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, GED or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Construction Management or similar preferred
• BICSI Certified Technician preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction (structured cabling experience preferred)
• Experience in large data center infrastructure industry including technology, quality and safety standards
• Minimum 3 years supervision and/or training experience, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
• Knowledge of general building codes and BICSI Standards
• PMI CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management) designation
• Fiber Optic Association: CPCT
