Job Description
The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field execution across one or more hyperscale data center projects or multi-building programs, providing senior field leadership and ensuring alignment between project management, superintendents, and craft labor.
Requirements
- Ten or more years of progressive field leadership experience in electrical construction
- Experience leading large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple superintendents and large field teams
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and construction logistics
- Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and clear communication
- Strong safety leadership background with a track record of incident prevention
- OSHA 30 required; additional certifications preferred
