Commercial Performance Analyst

The Commercial Performance Analyst role ensures data integrity across commercial reporting systems, enabling leadership to make informed strategic decisions for Al Borg Diagnostics’ laboratory services. The role analyzes commercial and sales performance data, delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in commercial or revenue-focused roles.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with business acumen.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or service industries is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar tools).
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights and actions.
