Job Description
Alcazar Energy seeks a Document Controller to lead the assessment, selection, and procurement of a Document Control/Document Management platform for construction projects. The role involves defining system requirements, implementing and configuring the platform, and developing document control procedures. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in document control within infrastructure, construction, energy, or related sectors, with experience in implementing or administering a Document Management System.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in document control within infrastructure, construction, energy, or related sectors
- Experience in implementing or administering a Document Management System (e.g. Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar)
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams
- Experience working within structured quality or management systems
